• full name, mother’s and father’s full name, date of birth, identity card, passport, driver’s license (number, date of issue/expiry and place of issue)

• financial data include taxpayer ID, bank account number, payment card details
• Credit ratings and legal documents
  If it is needed health data may be disclosed in case of accident to the hospital and insurance department
  Personal data are being kept mostly in digital form.

  • when you rent a vehicle from Dive in Milos (the duration of renting the car has no importance)
  • during the use of our website and
  • when communicating with the company by any way (social media, phone apps etc.)

The time of holding personal data is relevant to the time needed in order to prepare, print and save to our data base the contract. Your personal data could be shared and kept in case that laws and legislation
specifies it. Drive in Milos may keep the customer’s personal data after fulfilling the purposes of collecting and processing them for similar reasons.

Your personal data cannot be shared to thirds (except when the police, insurance company, law or legislation requires it). Your personal data may be accessible by the police, our lawyers, the insurance company and tax payment companies
